The fees that we offer, are flat rates, and remain the same no matter how big your home is.

The management fee provides for the monthly management of the home and rent collection.
We perform periodic inspections of the home with a licensed contractor and respond to
and handle all maintenance requests and other issues as they arise.
All maintenance issues are typically responded to within 24-hours of the initial call.
