The Placement Fee includes the following:

 

• A free consultation and home inspection upon sign up

• All related advertising costs with no hidden fees

• A professionally designed web page with large photos and detailed information

• Beautifully marketed online ads to over 20 different rental listing sites

• The initial onboarding of the home and coordination of any estimates

• Unlimited day, evening, & weekend showings of your home

• Tenant screenings, landlord references, credit checks, & employment verification

• Thorough pre-inspection walk throughs before the tenant move in

• Signing of the lease agreement ​and the final tenant move in

The fees that we offer are flat rates, and remain the same no matter how big your home is. The placement fee can be deducted from your first months rent.

 

We also offer convenient emailed statements and direct deposits of your rent proceeds. ​Year end tax summaries and 1099's are processed as well.
